We strive to keep our cloud-hosted authentication layer and backup services running smoothly 24/7. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. If you choose to self-host our authentication software, you are entirely responsible for the uptime, security, and maintenance of the servers where the software is deployed.3. Your Account
To use our software or backup services, you will need to create an account. Because we provide authentication and security tools, the integrity of your account is critical.Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you suspect someone has gained unauthorized access to your Masonite Studios LLC account, you must notify us immediately.Account Sharing
Your account credentials are for your use only. You may not share your login details with individuals outside your organization. If your team needs access, you must provision separate user accounts for them within your organization's workspace.Perpetual Licenses
If you purchase a perpetual license for our self-hosted software, you are licensed to use the specific downloaded version indefinitely. Through your account, you will have access to download version updates and receive customer support for one (1) year following your initial purchase. After this one-year term, we do not guarantee the continued availability of the software for download, though we may choose to keep older versions accessible. At our sole discretion, we may provide security-related updates beyond the one-year term based on our assessment of a vulnerability's severity.Account Termination
You can close your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by emailing us. Upon termination, you will lose access to our cloud-hosted services and your account dashboard. If you are on a subscription plan, any self-hosted software licenses tied to that active subscription will be revoked. If you hold a perpetual license, your right to use the already downloaded software survives termination, but you will no longer have account access to download the software, receive updates, or access support.4. Acceptable Use
We trust you to use our tools responsibly. To protect our infrastructure and other customers, we have established clear boundaries for what is and is not allowed.

Our Property
Masonite Studios LLC owns all rights, title, and interest in our authentication software, backup platforms, consulting methodologies, and website content. When you subscribe to our service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your internal business purposes. You do not own the software itself.Your Property
You retain full ownership of all data, applications, and content you integrate with our services. We claim no ownership over your web applications or the end-user data you process through our authentication layer.If you choose our self-hosted option, you maintain absolute sovereignty over your data, as it never touches our servers. For our cloud-hosted and backup services, we only process your data as necessary to provide the service to you.

We aim to make our pricing transparent and our billing processes straightforward.
Billing Cycles
Our SaaS products and backup services are typically billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) in advance. Consulting services are billed according to the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or invoice provided to you.Payment Methods
You must keep a valid payment method on file to ensure uninterrupted service. By providing payment information, you authorize us to automatically charge your card or account for your subscription renewals.Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Because we provide immediate access to our software and infrastructure, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. If we fail to deliver consulting services as agreed, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.Price Changes
We may occasionally update our pricing. If we increase the price of your active subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, giving you time to decide whether to continue or cancel.7. Privacy

"As Is" Service
We provide our software, backup services, and consulting "as is" and "as available." We explicitly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.Shared Security Responsibility
While our authentication layer is designed to enhance your security, no software is impenetrable. You are responsible for properly implementing our tools, securing your own infrastructure, and safeguarding your data. We are not responsible for breaches that occur due to your misconfiguration, especially in self-hosted environments.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masonite Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.9. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at mason@masonitestudios.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will do our best to find a fair solution within 30 days.Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Masonite Studios LLC agree to resolve any claims through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in the United States under the commercial arbitration rules of a recognized arbitration provider.Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.10. Changes & Termination
