Both products generate policies and show a consent banner. They differ in how many document types they cover, how the policy reaches your site, and what happens to the bill when you add another domain.
CookieYes charges per domain. Its pricing page states that only one free plan is allowed per account and that each additional domain needs its own paid subscription. PolicyForge Pro is a flat account price, and hosted policies and custom domains are not metered.
CookieYes generates privacy policies and cookie policies. PolicyForge covers those plus terms of service, EULAs, disclaimers, return policies and HIPAA Business Associate Agreements, from the same account and questionnaire.
CookieYes gives you the policy text to place on your own site — its generator tells you to copy the document as text or HTML. PolicyForge hosts each policy at a stable URL, optionally on your own domain, which is what an app store or ad platform asks for.
